DOMINIO DE PINGUS 2019 "Flor de Pingus" Ribera del Duero 0.75 Ltr

“Flor de PIngus” has its own identity, the result of long work in the vineyard and strict selection at the heart of the vineyard. Made from pure Tempranillo, this cuvée comes partly from Dominio and rows of vines rented in the province of La Horra, a hot and arid region. Peter Sisseck has made the choice since 2003 to switch entirely to biodynamics. Hand-picked Tempranillo harvest, sophisticated breeding, “Flor de PIngus” has it all!

The first nose expresses black cherry and prune magnified by a few touches of ultra-refined toasted vanilla. The mouth is powerful with particularly greedy tannins. The powerful flavors of roasted fig, crème de cassis and sweet spices are simply erotic!
