HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY PACKAGE TO ARRIVE?

All our wines are in stock in our warehouses in Paris, Bordeaux or in our Douro cellars, so orders are prepared immediately after the order is finalized and payment confirmed.
We use UPS / DHL and Chronopost, which are the fastest and above all the most reliable carriers currently available.
We always ship within 2 business days of receipt of payment.

Please note that delivery to some areas will take a little longer. If you live on an island or in a place that requires more effort to reach, if you want to know when your package will be delivered, you can contact us at the email address mentioned above.


CAN YOU DELIVER TO MY COUNTRY?

We can offer worldwide delivery. The only restrictions we encounter depend on the regulations of each country. We can ship without problem in all the European Union, for all other countries, contact us for confirmation.


HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Two factors determine the shipping costs: the destination country and the total weight of the bottles you wish to ship.

Please note that shipping costs may vary for exceptional bottles such as Magnums or bottles with above average mass.

For shipments under €300, in France , we charge €14.90 including tax.

For orders over €300, in France , we ship for free.

For shipments under €500, within the European Union , we charge €24.90 including tax.

For orders over €500, within the European Union , we ship for free.


CAN YOU SHIP TO THE USA?

I JUST RECEIVED A PACKAGE DELIVERY NOTIFICATION, BUT I NOTICED THERE WAS AN ERROR IN THE ADDRESS

It is always possible to make a mistake when entering an address. Please try to inform us as soon as you find an error in the delivery information. As long as your package has not yet left our warehouse, we can still rectify this error.

Unfortunately, once the package is removed from our warehouse, it is very difficult to intercept and correct the address. If UPS does not itself conclude that the address is incorrect, it makes a first delivery attempt. In both cases, we receive an alert that the address is incorrect/incomplete, and only then can we rectify it. Please ensure that you insert the correct shipping address.


DO I HAVE TO PAY VAT?

If you live in the European Union and you are an individual, you must pay VAT when ordering from Luxury Wines World.

If you have a company and you have a valid VAT number, we are able to exempt your company from VAT. To do this, please contact us at the following address: contact@luxurywinesworld.com

If you live outside the EU, you will need to pay VAT and import duties upon arrival. Be sure to check with your local customs office for further information on this.


DO YOU OFFER A GUARANTEE ON THE BOTTLES I PURCHASE?

The bottles we have have been sourced and are currently stored in environmentally controlled warehouses. However, there are several things that can go wrong.

If you receive your wines and notice any oozing, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the bottle to be returned to us and we will send you a replacement. If we cannot offer a replacement, we can give you a credit, refund or in consultation find the best solution.

Quality issues
In some cases, the wines are no longer drinkable. If you come across a wine with a similar problem (clogged or oxidized), let us know immediately. Recap the wine and have the bottle returned to us within 48 hours. Once we have found the defect in the wine, we will refund the bottle. We give a guarantee on all wines you buy from us that are up to 15 years old for red wine and 5 years old for white wine.

We deal with gifts for our customers on a daily basis. You can always ensure that the bottle will be delivered to the intended person by changing the delivery address. We also have several gift boxes for you to choose from.

In addition, we never attach an invoice to a gift. If you would like to receive the invoice for the bottles ordered, let us know and we can send you a PDF file. You will receive a confirmation and an invoice by e-mail. Be sure to insert your own email when ordering a gift on our website.
