The bouquet of Dom Pérignon Vintage 2004 Plénitude 2 blossoms, in a balance that is both airy and sustained. Having become tactile, the fruit affirms its presence with vigor and elegance. Always present, the minerality develops to reappear in a saline finish from which emerge some roasted notes.
