In a brilliant light gold agitated by a train of fine bubbles, the 2006 delivers an elegant nose, in two stages: first evocative pastry notes of butter, milk caramel, then scents of anise, Provence herbs and spices. We clearly perceive the anise mixed with the ripe fruits during the mouthfeel of this rich, silky and very fresh champagne.
