The bouquet has not yet fully opened; however, it is already of a real complexity with notes of strawberry, blackcurrant, toast... On the attack, tasty as you wish, the fruits prevail, accompanied by a touch of liquorice. The tannins gradually reveal their imposing character and a fine balance is established.
